(For anyone who has any Thai bank applications or internet banking)

1. Go to QR Code Menu in any mobile banking applications

2. Scan the QR Code on the right

3. Enter the amount

4. Check payee name “International Community School” then click process

5. Save the receipt picture and send an email to finance@ics.ac.th.

The donation information for tax deduction purposes is automatically transferred to the Thai revenue department through the scan of this QR code. Please make sure that the bank account name matches the taxpayer’s name.

*Please note that the payslip picture that you received from the bank is proof of donation and it can be used as evidence for tax deduction purposes. You do not need a receipt from the school.

Double Tax deduction in Thailand:

ICS is an educational institution according to the Ministry of Education and the Thai Revenue Department. Therefore, if any person donates to the school, their contribution can be used for a double tax deduction (2 times the amount given). The amount eligible for deduction shall not exceed 10% of taxable income.
